About Roots and roots
From our very first moment we started talking food and never stopped ever since. Almost organically an idea took shape, of a collaboration, a cross-pollination between Trinca and Neeltje. What creations will arise when a painter and a chef, inspired by roots are put to work in one and the same space? Roots as their own and others, how these fuse and how appreciation of its diversity becomes crucial when taking it to planet scale.
I am immensely grateful to Trinca for giving me the opportunity to learn so many things in such a short timespan and for being a wonderful source of inspiration and I hope the presence of myself and my works provided the team and the clients with joy.
