Zwoem and how it all adds up

This year I spent many weeks in a row in the Netherlands because of family reasons.

Luckily I was able to dedicate a small amount of time on the commission for apiary Zwoem. If this does not ring a bell, an apiary is a place where one or more bee populations are invited to live in order to share in their abundant production. What a privilege to see some of the beekeeper's interventions and the impressive collaboration with these amazing animals. 

Yesterday I arrived home, in Portugal, with a jar of the very first Zwoem honey, what more can one ask for ?
